Individual therapy is a form of mental health treatment that involves one-on-one sessions between a therapist and an individual. This therapeutic approach is designed to assist you explore your individual thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a confidential and supportive space.
Relationship therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focusses on improving romantic relationships and resolving interpersonal conflicts. Couple sessions can help you and your partner address a wide of range of relationship issues, including recurring conflict, feelings of disconnection, difficulties due to stressors, infidelity, and ineffective communication.
Single-session therapy (SST) is a therapeutic approach based, in part, on the premise that positive change in psychotherapy is not dependent on long-term intervention. SST sessions provide brief, targeted therapy to amplify inherent client resources. This may be an effective session type for you if you present a specific concern that focuses on solutions, rather than the past or underlying causes. For many, a single session facilitates action.
